Wow....that's all I can say. I made a blind investment in this. Required no buy in...and the only prepay's I asked for were highly discounted. Three months have passed since payments, and we've had complications.

Benito, your payment is appreciated, but I didn't think that required my pm responses to be x amount of words long. Let my short response be an indication of how busy I am daily. I'm working on this, I've never stopped working on it.

Let's deal with the now (and the people of now). If you can't make a full dp please make me an open ended O2 housing that my guy can remerge and make into a full dp. I also have a guy that wants to make this part locally. I've been waiting because I appreciate your position, effort, and skill.
