Damian,

Just mock mine up and over and we will see what happens. If it works, great, if not then we can go from there. If I have to move the a/c line or customize it somehow, then thats what I will have to do. Do you have my address?

somebody already posted this pic a few posts ago, show a pretty good detail for the dump.

just copy that just cut a turn the angled tube so it doesn't go back into the exhaust.

Damian, I'll be ready to roll in the next two weeks no matter what... I'm going to install my motor here regardless... I don't want to miss the fall because in winter its going in the garage for 4 months. There's no pressure, but I'm willing to do any test fitting if need be but after mid August I've got to get things rolling in Cincinnati.

I've just got to install some new brake lines and buy a new started and the car should be done.

I think there a couple people that showed interstest on the links i posted in the Mid Atlantic area that are willing to help you to test fit stuff.

I'm not sure if that has been mentioned before, but an open screamer type setup will always have an exhaust leak. I had a Civic with a screamer down pipe and the car sounded like sh*t all the time. The dp also had a separator welded in between the exhaust and wastegate ports. Not a very good one obviously, but you understand the potential problem here. Routing the dump back into the dp is the better design imo.

I sure hope this things gets going soon as the wait is killing me!!!

My Screamer leaks alittle upon cold start. After about 2 minutes the metal warms and expands and no leaks. She sounds exatly as she did before I installed the pipe at idle and cruiseing. So, in turn, a properly made sreamer will not have an exhaust leak.

For the record, my pipe has a full 360 degree insert that snugs into the turbin exhaust.

Got bored and did more PI work on Damian aka Recooe, lol.

found a vid of his Del sol project, looks cool. I still want a manifold made during the Winter/Spring season!

Dame Dash...

Go ahead and send my prototype out a.s.a.p. Don't worry about mocking it up for the divorced dump on another car. I routed my piping so that there is ample room for it, so you can place it where you see it fit. Worst comes to worst I will route around it and post the results. I can also send measurements of anything you need once its together. If it doesn't fit, I can send it back to you. But I can tell you, if it fits my setup, it will fit everyone elses since my turbo is pushed forward a few mm. I'm at the point where I'm ready to go.

Here is some pictures of my setup. I will be ready here soon. If you need my address or number again, feel free to PM me. Let's make moves.

Ameen

x2. I think I may clock my T28 the same way. That was pretty slick how you drilled out the waste gate actuator brakcet.

This Item is the only thing left for me to acquire. I sold my old downpipe and my new (to me) intercooler came today. When can we expect to see the full downpipes? Has anyone stepped up with their turbo SE-R yet?
