That may very well be, but that is not the case here. Refunds were an option. Regardless, if refunds aren't an option, the least expected would be a part delivered. It's been over a year since development started. How long should one wait?

Thank you. I appreciate you paying attention to this issue. Apparently it took me to get your attention. This isn't the first time members from our community have been over to yours to try and get this straightened out. As far as I know, this is the first time the authorities have been involved. If it takes me to do that, then can you blame me for trying?



And to set the record straight, we do not believe we are being scammed by RC000E. We believe he has good intentions, and obviously decent fabrication skills. He just has no business or customer service skills. We believe he has over extended himself and instead of realizing this and pulling in the reigns he continues to jump on expansion opportunities without realizing these new projects take more effort combined than he has to give. Regardless, at the end of the day, there are customers who have paid money without services rendered, parts delivered, or refund issued.

I'm pretty irate right now. When I have time and get off work I'm going to say my piece. Believe me, I've saved my **** and I have my quotes.

I like the way some of the guys are defending him over there... Did they even read this thread??? It seems they believe we are making this whole thing up and we're just trying to screw him over. This is beyond ridiculous. I especially enjoyed his response in the one thread where he says roughly "you can't please every one when you have the customer base that I do"... HAHAHA, that is the best business strategy I have ever heard... He needs to understand that sometimes you need to take losses, no matter how bad it sucks. If you miss deadlines and fail to meet promises, that is YOUR fault and YOUR responsibility to correct the issue with the customer. As far as I'm concerned, he should be refunding your money as well as finishing the product and offering it to you (Ameen) at HIGHLY discounted rate o make up for his obvious neglect.

I also like how he is threatening to get the "court" involved... GIVE ME A BREAK! If anything he should be the one getting sued right now. There were no written contracts (that I am aware of) stating that the deposits are non-refundable. At this point, even though he claims to intend to present his product (just a couple more years guys), this is simply theft...

If Ameen doesn't get his money back soon, we should all go there and start posting anti RC000E.

RC000E, please refund Ameen his money before we start joining all forums that you deal on and mentioning this incident and linking back to this thread.

I see your name in a lot of forums doing a quick google search. It's nice that you have such a non generic name ;-)
