Thread: Sidemount intercoolers?

I had a hood vent right above where the intercooler sat.

yea thats pretty much the kinda set up i was thinkin of, how did it work for you when you had that set up?

My friend and genius with a B13 used a 300zx side mount in his drivers side fender well on his de+t setup, just had a like 6x6 hole cut in teh bumper for airflow, worked awesome. He hit 260whp/260tq at 17psi with a Stagea turbo and log manifold on a DE.

Worked out great no heatsoaking issues and when it rained wooo boy hold on tight
