my very first setup was a t25 setup with 370's at 4 bar using an SAFC II on a stock ecu, I will have to say for a fact that my setup was making way more power and way more responsive than my buddies t25 setup with a jwt ecu.
I loved it. I know its more for the fact that it was using an N/A timing map since being a stock ecu but dang that setup was killer. At only 8psi i was running 13.0@110mph on 195 street tires. Later went out on slicks and was down to 12.4@110mph.
It wasnt until i overboosted the t25 that it caused problems. Took me two motors to figure that out. But hell yeah for a basic t25 setup i dont think there is any better way to go than an SAFC II on a stock ecu. I did all my own tuning and again, responsive as hell and very very fast on only 8psi. Just dont push your luck with uppin the boost until you have a turbo mapped ecu and then the SAFC on top of it wouldnt hurt to fine tune fuel.

For sure. Only thing is the Nittos will last longer. The MT Street is a wicked tire and hooks hard it is a very soft tire. They make a nice 205 50 15 that is 23 inches tall.
If anything look into the BFG Drag radial.
Both the MT and BFG's are a better tire than the Nitto 555 IMHO.

This is true. I was debating on if i should get bfgs or mt's. The mt's hook a lil better then the bfgs but the bfgs last longer. so its up to what u want.

The radials tread rating on the BFG's are like 100? What about Mickey's?

Im not sure on the rating but the mts are softer then the bfgs so they hook better. Thats why they wear faster. But not exactly sure on the radial rating.
