Turbo help *CLOSE*
After searching and searching still nothing..
I installed a t25 on my DE. 370cc injectors, Calum Basic, bov, intercooler, and such.
It runs way too rich at lower RPMS, it wont idle, and sometimes it's hard to start. I tried adjusting the iac and the TB, but nothing. It works fine and boost fine at high Rpms but it wont stay on after letting go of the gas or starting up and idling. I isntalled an SAFC but now all it does is idle at 2k, smoke, and no power..

You may have some serious boost leaks. Try turning your fuel pressure down and smooth out the idle first.

You have vacuum leaks. Pressure test the system and find the source of your vacuum leaks. When you build pressure with an air compressor, you can just pour water over everything and listen for the bubbles.

Did you get all your gaskets when you did it?

Already throw a Check Engine Light? Are the fans always ON? Maybe a bad set of chips and your ECU is in Limp Mode, It happened to me and I couldn't raise over 2500RPM... AFRs were at 10 and lower

Take the fuel rail out, open the switch and check if there's any leaks... maybe it's a broken o-ring

It happened to me too lol, here's a picture of the leak while switch being in ON position

*EDIT, are you runing a recirculated valve?

Ok well so far I think I did have a vaccum leak at the manifold. Re did that and it's all great but still running too rich..

Zac - yes I did get all the gaskets, thanks

my guess is a bad cts, coolant temp sensor, they either read too hot or too cold when they go bad. i have had 2 go bad and it always ran rich when it went bad, it was always thinking the car was cold so it was dumping fuel to compinsate
