On the boost controller valve, When not using the NC port, should it be plugged. I am using this on a internal wastegate set-up.

Also, what is the low and high boost buttons function. I know its to raise boost but why low and high? any examples?

its so that you can set 2 diff boost levels, for example I have my low set at 10 psi and high set at 18 psi. Makes it easier to change the amount of boost on the fly.
