It's a harness extender. It extends the stock engine harness on the ECU side. No more. No less.
If you have a stock ECU or a plug-and-play unit like an AEM then it will work with either of them.
You could potentially use it for other things too, like a harness adapter if you remove and re-arrange some pins/wires.

I will be the test dummy on the manifold setup im in the market for one as we speak so if you want to let me be the first one then please let me know. I will pay for it of course (discount for the first one would be awsome haha) just let me know if you guys are interested in putting this into a b13.

On the same not, Ben, they are also building thier stuff for 600WHP cars. No FWD road racing car is going to be running 600WHP. A competitive FWD road racing car is gonna be closer to 300WHP. 600WHP in a road racecar would be rediculous and extremely hard to control. GT500 cars don't even run that much power, and they're purpose built, not to mention they certainly are not FWD.

600WHP is something that would really only be appealing to a drag racer trying to get the fastest possible 1/4 mile time. Seeing Mazworx work on their S15, it appears that drag racing is what they are focused on. If they wanted to build to appeal to the road racing community, then they'd likely have to build some different stuff that would be better suited to the different engine characteristics of a road racing car.

But as others have said, we are generaly a cheaper community or car enthusiasts and not a lot of us can afford the expensive parts that most pro shops produce. Not to mention that most of us want to have a fast car that still has A/C and power steering.

Bottom line is Mazworx is working on making HIGH horsepower parts for HIGH horsepower cars. These parts are going to maily focused toward the drag racing community where function > form. A 600 WHP drag car is not going to have creature comforts. It likely won't even have an interior. Let's just let them finish what they're doing, give constructive critisism as needed and see what they come up with. Let's also remember that the first product is almost never the final product.

I didn't get one, I only got the big, blue Nissan ECU plug (from a guy in the UK) and made my own harness. It was a complete hassle. I would e-mail mazworx (they have their address in their forum signature) and ask what the price is and how to purchase one. I don't see it listed on their web site after giving it a good look.

^That's what I'm about right there. No need to do away with those parts with a SCXXXX.
