you have a very good point and you are very right. Not many VE guys are gonna just toss in for a manifold. My buddy is going to on his VE so testing will have to wait. I have a chosen runner length i want to use for it as well as long as clearance will not be an issue. This is something we will work out later.
This manifold im promoting and doing the group buy for is more for turbo de's and ve's. I can guarantee this manifold will make more power over the stock mani and throttle body. That is not hard to tell. Increase efficiency by increasing plenum capacity and runner size, length and flow and you will gain power.
As the saying goes you will never hear an SR owner say my stock manifold is awesome.
Its been a proven and tested thing that any decent custom manifold will make great gains over the stock one. Hell even the 140.00 cast greddy look alike for my buddies s13 swapped 240 we just put on was a very noticable gain on even the small t25 at stock boost. Boost response was even more instant. There is no lag on it at all no matter where your at and he is still using a stock throttle body.
Take the 68mm TB and ditch it for a 90mm and your set to go for some power not to mention the design of this manifold matches very well with some proven specs for manifolds that make very good power and have been proven. Ill get the dyno numbers soon on my car but that should stop others from trying it for themselves as well i mean for this price hell you gain 20hp which i can see even more than that even on a t25/28 setup not to mention big turbo cars then its well worth the money to me for a bolt on mod.
