How this powerband look.....

This its my setup on 16 psi but it has some terrible boost creep after 8,000 rpm thats why I let off the throttle I have to fix the manifold to change the piping of the WG from 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 but you can get an Idea of the powerband of a 6262 jb turbo with a .82 T3 housing...

This was not stock cams?

I shouldn't ever have issues with creep with the two wastegates, and I dont thing there is a downside to running this divided manifold on an undivided turbo.

The powerband looks like it hits about 1000rpm later than mine. What gear was the pull in? 3rd?

No this is on Tomei 270 cams on +4IN -2EX And yes the pull was on 3rd gear maybe if I made the pull in 4th the boost should come a lil sooner and gave a higher torque peak...

Ya thats what I was thinking. All my pulls were done in 3rd as well because the clutch wouldn't hold 4th.

It seems to flow quite well though. How does it respond on the street?

This setup its all about top end but on the street its a beast.. jejeje no trction at all on 2nd and a lil traction on 3rd with the bald Nitto Drags jejejejej on 4th its scary how fast it gets to 135mph on the highway... I am not a big fan of getting to very high speeds on the street.... If the police gets you over 100 mph its a $500 ticket....

Ya if I got caught doing some onramp pulls I would be in handcuffs lol.

I would love to feel 3rd break loose on my setup. I may need another 50whp though. On 23-24psi it fights traction, but holds pretty well. But I could only imagine effortlessly breaking traction in 3rd gear. That would be amazing!

I will try to find a pic of Manny's dyno sheet. I know it was floating around.

So there is some new results out. TS tubular manifold .78ar divided housing, vs a log manifold .63 housing. Both graphs are 24psi, 3rd gear pulls. All I did to make more power was put my timing back to where it was last year! I backed timing off by about 4-5* in order to have a more conservative tune. Well, let's just say the car loves timing.

This is twin scroll vs single. I switched intake cam sooner at 5200rpm instead of 6500rpm, that is the why the powerband is a lot better.

Here is a 3rd gear vs 4th gear. 4th made more power! Great to see the clutch actually holds 4th now!

So even though I didn't make a ton more power than before, it does spool faster slightly, and the transient response is killer!

I must say the extra timing really woke the car up. I went from 380whp to 440whp with just 4* of timing. The guys wanted me to keep going because they couldn't hear any detonation or anything, but i didn't want to push it lol. I am happy to see that the power is back where it was with no compromises. AFRs are amazing too. How's that for a JWT tune!

Here is a 3rd vs 4th pull TS vs last year's 3rd

Here is last year with a slipping clutch in 4th.

You guys can compare the graphs to this year in 4th and see if there is much difference.

Nice ts setup DO WORK (even with a diferent manifold ,wich change the whole result etc).. a lot mid and top power gain about the same peak power and a nice gain in spool(do you log boost ??), but I think you still have a little boost leak some where... full boost its a little late for my taste, it would be nice to see what it will hapend over 7000rpm... with this boths housings.
Do alky and get near 470-80whp at the same boost VE LOVES timing to a point and I ment there are a hugh gain in hp and torque with the "right" timing.Did you try to switch both cams at the same point? and at lower rpm range? like for example 4200-4400 rpm?
Regards and good luck man.
