7 threads down you'll find your answer: http://www.sr20-forum.com/turbo/22256-gtir-de.html

We've been getting a lot of these types of questions lately.

nismo sentra, how did you find this forum? I'm curious why we have so many people lately asking the same (old) questions.

Ben,

It's obvious he followed everyone here during the demise of December 2007. He's been here long enough to know that he should be searching. You should stop sugarcoating things..

I just assumed... you know, because of the question and all...

I guess that's what happens when you assume.

In short from what I have learned from my boy: a lot.

400+whp according to the boys overseas. New bearings, starting with a solid bottom end (ie: no broken rings, or damage to anything), and make sure you have a proper tune and it can handle a good deal of power. When I asked J he said that he doesn't recall anyone ever breaking a stock R's bottom end from over power. You best bet to find an accurate answer would be to look on the gtiroc or gtir.uk. The engine was built to rally race, it can handle a lot.
