I guess it depends what springs you run.... I run the stiffest possible.

One season of doing what? A friend of mine ran one in his S13 for a few SCCA sprints and a 12hr enduro. When he pulled it he said he saw more wear than he was comfortable with. Now - that is on a RWD car. Not sure if that would work out to more or less punishment than our FWD applications. I have one...still in the box with the 'green' springs. Been debating the install of it for several years now. I keep staying, next time the trans is off the car for some reason, I'll install it. Knock on wood, there hasn't been a reason to remove the trans yet : )
