I still have the .63 housing, but I would have to make a new dp for it. Just a bit of a pita. I am looking into getting a larger housing as we speak. I have heard of a 1.06 housing around, but it may just be a rumor. I would love to try that out though!
The .78 will make power, but it will require a lot more boost to do so.

If you are making sub par numbers on your setup that means there its something wrong other than the turbo... Again you must have a problem in another place I will start to check on everything you changed since your las successful visit to the Dyno...
I have learned from the years that you need to make one change at a time because of this... since your last setup you changed: manifold, housing, cams, and msd box?? The manifold by itself should gave you like 40 whp everything else unchanged I dont think the less flowing housing can rob you such amount of power so you should start looking other things...
You may want to check on things that can rob you big amounts of power...
I dont think your housing its rubbing that much HP did you tried raising the boost on the dyno to check the Efficiency of your turbo?? You will have to check on things like cam timing ignition timing and mechanical condition of your motor maybe leak down test...
