that's a decent sized intercooler and i notice your intercooler piping goes up and over the turbo, I guarantee that your losing the couple of pounds boost because of all this. just because your wastegate is set at 7 psi doesn't mean that the boosted air will still be moving at that pressure after traveling all that way. Think of it like fluid...water. If you open a spicket at your house up with a short hose on it, there's hardly no loss of pressure. But if you run 5 or 6 hoses to reach a really long way, then they'll be very little pressure at the other end. Make sense?

that make all sense, because i haven´t found another boost leak and i´m still getting 5psi, and like you said, it´s a long way to travel from the turbo to the thortle body for the presured air, now that i fixed the boost leaks i´m getting boost really fast i just need to adjust the tps and prove it again this afternoon at the 1/8 mile track

intercooler size doesnt matter and every single t25 setup i have seen the piping is ran over the turbo. That rubber intake pipe has to go as well.

you mean the oem tube, the one that goes from the stock air box to the tb, or the one that come´s out from the cold side of te intercooler, that one its a silicon hose that its used on mopar turbos
