That's exactly what I did. As others have done in the past I spliced the B14 ECU plug into the B15 harness and just wired the other various connectors into the B15 engine harness. I just mapped one of the wires incorrectly in the case of the MAF.
This was not an issue of having the correct harness. It was an issue of me needing to double check my wiring!
