If he replies to my PM before he sells it to someone else yes .

Good luck, I'm now thinking about going up to 300whp, but I might just stay with my 250whp goal

300whp just sounds so much better then 230whp

You'll run out of injector first with the 370s. That's why I went with the GTiR T28. You can stay out of boost around town and make more power while keeping the turbo at its stock boost level or only 2-3psi over.

I'm running them at 4 bar currently, so I do have until 290whp. After that Probably will have to do STi's.

At 10.5, it will be making 1.5 psi more then my current stock. But knowing the whole compressor efficiency and volumetric efficiency deal, I should be well over 250whp just with this upgrade

Yeah you will, I was makeing 280whp on 15 psi on my T28, if you start running out of injectors just snatch up some gtirs, you can get a set for around 100-150 bucks if you get the rail and on 4 bar they are good for 350whp. Iv seen people run the t28 at 18psi but i wouldn't recommend it, I wouldn't crank it past 16 psi.

were those ppl on 18psi tuned or untuned, it seems like alot of ppl are just cranking boost and making power, but even out of a compressor efficency level, you stil need to have it tuned. seems like ppl have the idea to just crank up the boost to make power, while not taking other things into account

I'd make sure what the injectors are actually doing first before I shot for 290. That number assumes that the injectors are 100% perfect condition... that's not necessarily how they come on an $800 BBDET from Tiger. I did 260@10psi last year on the UK motor and my injectors (370s@4 bar) were at around 75% according to the dyno operator. It was safe but there wasn't a lot of head room there either.

Also if you have N60/E60 your maf may be hitting a ceiling soon too if its not in tip-top condition.

I am basically in the same boat as you and I have been weighing this issue a bit. If I want to up the boost even a little I want to consider MAF/Injector upgrade.

You will really like the way the T28 performs its a really good turbo for the money.

Currently with 370cc @ 4 bar my duty cycle is at 65% at 6,800 rpm, so yeah I may need to upgrade sooner then later. I would rather go with newer injectors, but if I can score some GTiR ones in goo condition it wont hurt either.

I'm going to try to keep the power low enough not to have to change out everything. My wife agreed on the turbo, but doesn't mean on much else haha.

Problem with the T28, as I'm finding out, you need a compressor inlet and outlet. Unfortunately my current Hotshot outlet wont work
