I'm running 8psi on a bb t25. I'm using the tb-charcoal canister vacuum for my guage and bov. The screw is all the way loose.

you need to run the boost gauge vacume hose to a - T - splitter then one hose to the back of the intake manifold near the throttle body and one to the top nipple of the blitz BOV.

eliminate the canister.

the screw should not be all the way loose , it should be stick up about 1/4 inch.

That's how I have my lines right now just going to the vacuum canister. And wouldn't eliminating the canister mess with the system?

you need a stronger vac line i also recomend on the back side of the intake manifold, i have had these issues a few times the vac line wasnt strong enough of a vacuum source, so i used the back of manifold and it fixed the problem

no , you can bypass this.

you should conect the vacume to the back of the plenum ,as i mentioned and this should help your problem.

once you do this re adjust the top screw on the BOV and test it until its just right..

So are you running the Boost line before or after the one way one way valve? .

But as other said, find a better place to T off.

Lol before the valve Vadim. I'll mess with it. My guage shows 20 lbs though.

I eliminated the charcoal canister. The bov is being run off the vacuum source on the back of the manifold next to the tb and it still surges before it blows off. The boost guage is t'd off the same source, but I don't see how that would make that much of a difference. My buddy never had a problem with it on his rb25det. He was running the stock t28.

It's all the way out. I'm just gonna take it apart again and try to clean it better
