the 50a and 32a/v series box'es are similar in strength, with 3rd gear being the weakness.

a 70a/v gearbox is stronger (I believe you get this in the B15 there).
SO either go that, a full automatic, or pay for a PAR gearset

Then think about running less boost in the lower rpm range.

This is only an option if you want to go slower. Why would you want to turn down the boost? That kind of defeats the point.

Try the beefier FWD tranny, if it doesn't hold and you don't want to invest the money in a custom set-up its time to find a better platform.

I have to go with ben on this one TURN THE BOOST DOWN to no more than 500whp, there is no FWD tranny that will hold 600 whp, u don't wanna turn the boost down then swap the setup in a RWD car. You should be able to get 500whp out of a p11 but its not gonna have much of a life, and take the slicks off like I said before way too sticky for the street.

I was just on PAR's website, the fwd sr20 dog gears are rated to handle 600hp, might be the only option you have.

Where are you getting this info? The P11 and B15 hold more than 500 fairly easy. There are many members that are over the 500 hp mark with those trannies and they are holding up just fine. It depends on driving style as well.

Hell Ive seen quite a few guys with that much power on B13/ B14 trannies. Besides why the **** would you build a 6-700 setup to only make 500? Sounds dumb to me.

I would try the boost limit gear settings first.

The PAR gearstack can break also.
I've ran 2.0bar on the stock b13 tranny without any issues(the clutch did not do so well tho).
Put a newer p11 tranny in there & see how she holds up.
