Like i said on the other forum, it should be fine. I had one that i had to clean out just like that and its working perfectly and doesnt smoke at all.

IMO, it's probably just coking in the turbo. PB is good, but running it with oil circulating thru it would be better.

Yea, I did PB and Brake cleaner. I have been running 5w-30 forwards and backwards through it and it seems to be spinning without hesitation. Now it just needs some heat!
