E85 is awesome, but the fuel demands make it very low on my list. Plus, you can always make more power with real race gas. There are a lot of downsides with E85. Great for a race car though. But starting in sub 50* temps is a pain when you have to run 1600cc injectors lol.

I'm going water/meth injection and I'll still run race gas for over 22+psi for safety. I am going to get the AEM kit with the overboost safety feature so it will be reliable. Def don't wanna cheap out on something so important for when I'm running high boost.

Whichever you do I wanna know. These cars are insane in the winter. Up here in winter is the closest I'll ever get to feeling my car at sea level at 70*. Cars up here are so much slower...

I drove mine the other day and it was hunting for traction in 4th ....cold roads and cold temps , today it snowed .....I like what the EVO I had was running ( staight denatured alky ) in the injection system....but I am unsure of its ability to make power compared to water/meth ....if it make more it might be worth it , but washer fluid is so much cheaper ....it like 3.00 vs. 14.00 a gallon I still want to due the moster fuel system though

Meth injection FTW.

$35 for a 5 gallon drum of VP Meth. The drum will last a few months when mixing with 50% distilled water.

100 octane for me since I can purchase it at the pump at a local gas station.

I am also considering Meth injection. My dude Gio has been looking into it and it has sparked some interest.

May i ask what you have ur rev limiter set too ?

I was just curious since I recently read that buddy with the bluebird smacked his valves on DE pistons. It just sparked curiosity. My motor has 87mm DE Wisecos and I am debating to have them valve notches put in. At the same time I think I won't as I will be running 2.0 cams. I know for a fact I will make the power I want with the 2.0's.

We spoke about this today, agian thanks for info.

Just throwing this out there im running wesicos also, i may mill the block tonbe on the safe side and not have to mill the ve head as long as its perfect.

Ive never been in a ve+t i hope its impressive.

Stratton.

I am reving it to around 8700rpms right now , but it rarely ever sees it ....I am really thinking of putting a VE in the b14 ....to hold me over till I get my next toy ( EVO , NSX or Supra) at least those are the ones I am thinking of , the wife is suprised I am waiting , she does not like the NSX because of it having no back seat , but other then that I would love to go get one , and let Cody work some magic with me on it .....but we will see , oh and the NX is duing great .....except for no traction ...
