Thread: Fresh swap crazy fuel problem!!!

This is a unique problem I felt I had to make a thread about so I need the SR Guru's on this one, I have a friend over here helping me and a forum member.

Just finished a w10 swap and got it running, Fuel pressure at priming is at 42psi, at start up it's about 44psi and holds steady at 48psi while the car is running. Also there is fuel leaking heavily out of the back of the car underneath next to the spare tire there is some sort of overflow tube. It leaks out while the engine is running.

B14 JWT ECU 3bar stock maf, stock FPR, stock fuel pump. I'm puzzled?????

searched both forums, seems like no one else has had an issue like this. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

Make sure your fuel pressure lines are hooked up correctly.

Basically the incoming fuel goes through the Fuel filter then to the top of the fuel rail, where it goes to the other end of the fuel rail to Injector #1-4. After Inject #4 it goes to the FPR, then from FPR it goes back down to the gas tank.

Yeah, sounds like there's one of the lines switched around where there's pressure going to the fuel.

Did you touch your fuel pump? And was it doing fine before the swap?

fuel pressure fixed, thaks to Vadims pic! Gas is still leaking out of the Vapor Canister like crazy...

check your line for a leak in the back

No bad lines, it's just leaking straight out the vapor canister tube.....

sounds to me like you may have hooked the wrong line up for your return fuel line. Might want to double check that. There is no reason for fuel to be coming out of the vapor canister. lol

Yeah the vapor canister and fuel lines have hard lines at the back of the engine bay that are close together.
