Thread: safc 2 100% throttle problem

Try disconnecting the rsm, and see what happens. It may be interuppting the signal.

K i'll try that...do you know what I should set the Sensor type for and what to set the sensor. number for.Iv got it on hot wire 01 01 and 01 01. If I turn the arrow down the throttle signal changes to 3% and it will flicker between 2-3% but it wont go any higher even if I give it gas.

also what would be the easiest way to disconnect the RSM just disconnect power wire?

K tried unhooking the rsm didn't work, the senor check says that the throttle is at 4.035 volts...isn't that a little high?

anybody know where the tps sensor is on the gtir anyone got a pic, ima try a direct connect....?
