you got your fuel gauge for free though from Joel. This guy would still have to go buy one, my suggestion equals the price of the the nismo fpr

I wouldn't want to buy something that I have to bend and alter, especially when we're dealing with fuel

Not really, I personally kinda like to stick to OEM parts for this kind of thing... but I hear Aeromotive is good, and you can get them decently priced at GoFastDepot.com. You can also get a fuel rail adapter for about $40 shipped at Courtesyparts.com

My megan racing works fine, 240's use them all the time, it's a waste of time, trying to be "oem" with a nismo unit that doesn't have a guage...

but to each his own...

My main reason for liking the Nismo one is, it's been pretty good to me, and I got it for $80ish. The gauge was $20 from gofastdepot.com. So still cheaper then Aeromotive, etc.

Iv got a buddy that has like 3 areomotive ones laying around so I'll snatch one from him for 80 bucks with gauge. N2Boost question for you..you mentioned getting an ecu reflash, what about an apexi safc 2 can I use that instead to get 4 bar?

Since a safc-2 is a piggy back of some sort, I would say yes that I think you could use it for 4bar. I have no personal experience with any piggy backs, because my ecu is a Calum ecu, originally it was for a DET/370cc @3bar/DE MAF when I needed a different set-up i just got new chips for DE/370cc @4bar/E60 MAF, I didnt pay anything.

I suggest you start a new thread asking about the safc-2, and if you can use it for 4bar, there are a few for sale on the forum i think
