Yeah, that's what I used/use. -3AN line with that restrictor, and Banjo adapter to -AN.
I just don't feel even remotely comfortable with the OEM hardlines. If you by chance happen to have higher oil pressure, or a restriction somewhere in the block that creates a higher pressure in the area of the feed line, then the turbo could end up getting a higher volume of oil than it should. If the turbo can't drain the oil quick enough, it gets pushed past the seals.
I told Jen what to do earlier when I called him. Pull the drain off from the block, seal the port on the block, and have someone start the car for a few seconds to see what the volume of oil leaving the turbo looks like. If it GUSHES out, then he definitely needs a restrictor. If it's steady, but not crazy, then there's another underlying issue.
