This one is a little exspensive but works great with the ACT HD pp. Had it for 3 yrs. with no problems.
4 button E-Z Lock (sprung hub) clutch for Nissan Sentra :: Nissan Sentra :: Clutchnet Manufacturing USA

I also used a clutchmaster setup back in 98' when I first put in the Pulsar motor and it was great, soft pedal and alot of grip.

Great suggestion!

I might go with this clutch: 6 button E-Z Lock (sprung hub) clutch for Nissan 200SX :: Nissan 200SX :: Clutchnet Manufacturing USA

Look at how well the springs are protected/hidden!

^^^ that clutch looks a lot like the one I had in my old sentra, but the pucks were a metallic of some sort. Not a ceramic which those look like.

That looks really good, I didn't think clutchnet had anything that was that high in quality. Guess I was wrong huh?

It's interesting, so far I'm down to two clutches. Clutchnet and Competion Clutch. Both have pretty good reviews

Check this link out: Clutch 101

CLUTCHNET
Located in El Monte, CA, it's owned by a Russian family and has been in business for 40 years. They are probably the biggest and best aftermarket disc manufacturer. They make discs for everything from Audi to VW. Their pressure plates are Valeo brand units which I don't like. Also their friction pads are too soft and will eat your flywheel and pressure plate.

Sweet fellow Russians! The part about them eating flywheels does concern me

There isn't a clutch in the world that will grab harder and not cause more wear (single disk). Don't worry though, aluminum flywheels are abundant and the friction surface is replaceable. Plus it will take a lot of miles to wear through the fly.

^^ Makes perfect sense I'll see what I can about getting that disc

I suggest getting your clutch arm welded just for safe measure, and run a beefy pp. The strongest clutch I ever got from him used a DSM front cover and diaphram. It would clamp like crazy! I don't think you will need something that strong, but coupled with a 6 puck ceramic I would bet it would hold 400wtq.

714-525-4272. Tell him Jeremy sent you and see what kind of deals he can work out. The clutch I have now he says is good for 525tq at the fly and feels amazing! Not very stiff at all, and it only cost $375 shipped with everything! If you just need the pp then it should be quite a bit cheaper.

Yup clutch specialties clutches are awesome. I have had my sprung 6 puck for quite a few years with no problems. My act and my spec i had before the clutch specialties didnt even hold up for over a year.

I was hopeing they were still around when mine finally wears out.

I have always been impressed with brians workmanship, and his prices. But he is really really busy this year. And getting a clutch from him will cost more and take a longer time. They can't keep up with the demand sometimes. But they are by far the best clutches I have ever had.

Ordered my clutch today, came close to 170 shipped via 3 day.

I found a funny thing on their website. Looks likes they list 200sx and Sentra as two different part numbers and Sentra one costs more.

200sx 2.0L - 7087CR290 - $140.00

Sentra 2.0L - 7087CR287 - $199.00

Same thing with the Pressure Plates it looks like. G20 is more expensive too.

Take some pics when you get it. I'm interested to see how those spring covers actually are or if that's just a generic picture of the 6 puck. I need to order a clutch for my build here soon too.
