
Don't bandaid a clutch disk by putting unnecessary pressure on it to get it to hold. This will only cause more stress on your TOB, cable, and thrust bearings.
I have had several 6-pucks and they performed way better than the ACT HDSS I had, and engagement was still perfectly smooth. No chatter at all.
You can have a pivot-point change on the PP to get more clamp and still feel nearly stock, but most clutch companies go the cheap route and just put in a heavier diaphram spring.
a 6-puck will hold a lot of power. Around 320wtq without any issues. Mine held 350wtq.
