andreas whats the max psi of boost can i use on a T25 with 370cc, stock maf and jwt ecu with a 3 bar program. right now i´m runing 10psi and feels so good

Its not max boost, its max WHP.


370cc at 3 bar = 250 WHP. Dont go more than that. If you have no cams do not push the motor to 18-20 PSI just to get the most WHP you can as you will be taking the turbo way out of its efficiency range where it will make super hot air and will start to cause detonation.

General rule
0-15 PSI 93 octane fuel.
15-22 PSI 98 octane fuel

Now if you get a 4 bar program you can go up to 290 WHP with 370cc injs but your little turbo will not do it.

Yep GTIR turbo is the way to go but make sure he has atleast a 4 bar setup with 370cc injs and a bored MAF.

Yea, I'm definitely going to save up for a gt28rs or a gt2871r. I'm currently looking for some cams, abunch on s4's just sold I think this car will run faster in the 1/4mile. I ran a 14.3 at 100 with no tune and 7lbs of boost the day after I threw the turbo on. Now I have weight reduction and a tune. I think I could probably hit 13.3 atleast if traction isn't a problem (it will be) but thats why they make slicks. dI guess I'm going to have to go to moroso, or should I say palm beach international race way.

Also I have a little ignition problem between 4-5k rpm. You can hear in the video it break up a little bit but thats it. The a/f's and timing are fine but I cant figure out why its doing that. I think I'm going to play with the gap on my plugs and see what happens.

Not bad numbers... esp. the TQ

When I had my car and dyno'd it I made 219whp/???tq @ 9psi on a low-reading Dynapack dyno known to read around 5% lower. So around 230whp/??? tq which is similar to yours!

The TQ is slipping my mind right now...

yes, I don't know why I make so much tq but I love it. On 7lbs of boost I made 180whp and about 218tq
