hahaha yeah we all do lol. I think the 20v low intake with the vet low ex will be the shiz.

What about the big ex? I am really curious on the duration specs of that! Looks huge. Maybe the 20V intake and VET exhaust is a good combo?

well thatds what i am thinking, i can get a 20v intake for $550-$570 aud delivered to jp but there is a 2 week wait. depending on how the vet ex measures up i might go ahead and buy. I will be 2 week wait though

also i cant seem to find the degree card but i remember the low intake of the vet cam is a little compromised because of the low=high ex on the vet. Think it was set to 6 or 7 deg retard. this is done to give 0 overlap on the low lobe but still make the low ex suitable for a high lobe.

Yikes, if that is the case, then it is likely that my intake is retarded even more than 6-7*. I had the block resurfaced and it retarded cam timing by a few degrees.

this is great info in this thread and jp your doing some awesome stuff in the sr20 community especially now with the ve motor. It would be amazing to see what a fully built ve motor by you with say 30psi or more on that turbo your using would make with the proper cam setup. I could only imagine since your probably gonna break 500whp on 16lbs or less. i can only imagine double that and your still well within the efficiency range of your turbo as well.

Crazy stuff man and cant wait to see some more results. Insane.

I just put the springs and reteineres (sorry for the delay guys on the dyno) wenesday next week I have and apoinment on the dyno... I will test
sr16cams to 8000rpm
3gear at 16lbs
4geat at16lbs
then I will put the VET cams( I do not have cam sprokets guys sorry)
3gear low lobs without switching the high lobs cams...and tune for maximun spool
4gear low lobs same here...
VET cams 16lbs 3gear to 8000rpm only the in cam switch.
vet cams 16lbs 3gear to 8000rpm with both cams activated
4geat vet cams same as above...
Opinions???

I would like to ad ...I will dyno again after next week the 20ve intake and vet ex plus the n1....
