How much are those rods going for new?

I have pauters that are machined to accept both 17mm and 19mm bearings. Not really worth having a 19mm bearing, unless you are going to be putting a very serious load on the engine for a long time. 17mm handles 500+ hp very well. 19mm is just an easy way to spend double the price on bearings

If you can get the wider bearings, why not? That's the route I went, but I don't know if it is absolutely necessary.

These pauter rods have seen abuse like you wouldn't believe.

Pauter can supply a specific rod machined to accept 19mm wide bearings. Had a set of those for my rebuild, then have sold them because I changed my mind and ordered a built block by mazworx with Manley turbo tuff rods machined to accepot 19mm bearings.
Pauter rods are really well made and strong!

These are JDM S14 DET rods. According to the code are not GtiR but do accept 19mm bearings.

This is a weight comparison with eagle

What are the BCs rated for HP wise? I've always heard that the Eagles are 600-700HP.

How could it look like a mix between Manley and Eagle Rods when it is an identical copy of the Manley rod.

Nothing on the Seida rod looks like the Eagle rod.
