Thread: n62 maf to TB question

When running the larger diameter n62, should you keep your piping between the throttle body and maf the same size? I currently have a reducer to a 2.5" pipe then another going to the TB. And will this affect the maf at all? The performance of the car?

I've run it like that in the past... you'd be hard pressed to tell a difference. It won't change the maf readings at all.
