So what type of 2.5" piping do you have left? I think I'm going to go with my original hotside piping design... 2" to 2.5" reducter off the turbo, 2.5" hot side w/the bov on the hot side. Then 3" and blow thru setup. I'll need two 2.5" U bends and some 2.5" straigh piping to make my hotside. I'm really not sure what it will take to put my coldside together. What did you use for your hotside?

Vadim and I had completely different experiences when ordering from silicone intakes. Treadstone worked out better for me. Vadim had luck with silicone intakes.

If you can't get a smooth 2.5" to 3" 90 degree transition you might have to put up with a crap transition. Those are the ropes...

I wish you could sell your intercooler and pick up another one that will suit you better. That's what I did. Then again I don't even know if they have the IC I got with 3" in/outs... =/

I have a Treadstons 3"" in/out IC sitting right now. check out their website, i BELIEVE they stilll have em there. they get pricey tho, let me warn you...

I would love to do a bigger IC, and I'd love to do position it the same as you're doing Ben, but the big problem is that I'm in such a remote and rural area, that there's no way for me to get any fabrication done without dragging crap 4 hours to a city. So I'm trying to do this and keep it simple. I have a good IC, it's a precision, and it fits in well without having to cut/weld/fabricate anything. It goes right beneath the bumper support with no mods needed. The only problem that I have figuring out the routing. and then maybe having one or two pieces welded.
