Yeah my motor was around 290 @ 14lbs.

Heres what was in it

SR20DET
Maxima MAF
300zx Fuel pump
Nisma FPR
Walbro Fuel Pump
3 inch Exhaust
Calum ECU
Aluminum Flywheel
Clutch
Front Mount intercooler

I'm sure ive missed a few more things... but it ran fine until I went to change the spark plugs and realized that a spark plug tip blew off. I'm guessing that was a big part in blowing the motor.

I wasn't able to set the motor to mechanical TDC because there is only one colored link on the timing chain instead of two or three. I don't know where to set the chain to so I can remove the camshafts.

I got to looking at the camshafts, and they have some nicks in them, some of which stick out a little bit, do I need to use a very fine file to remove these and then polish the surface up or what?

I haven't been able to do a leakdown test yet, but when I do, what am I exactly looking for? Open the TB and listen for air escaping?

count the links, don't need to use the colored links
