lol, you guys are funny, i understand the fact that just pulling the vac line is not the answer to solve partial throttle or full throttle issues. It was my only choice to make the car run decent,

The bin i have is supposed to be matched to my injectors and all that jaz but its way off.

Here is the thing, when i was running 28 lbs of boost on the other motor i put in to test this tune it ran perfect on 28lbs with the fpr line hooked up. Beautiful all the way acrross the board but on low boost it does not like the line hooked up, it just runs 10.0:1 and sputters out, With the line off it runs about 10.6-8:1 across the board which is still rich but not rich enough to make it sputter out under wot.

So yes to answer your questions and make you guys stop worrying my real fix to the problem is going to be to get a realtime like i originally wanted that way i can carry two maps, The map i currently have minus partial throttle adjustments for high boost and a totally different map for low boost. So yes to say the least i will be doing the tuning part right, but i still wanted to get it running smooth and now it does, until i had the manifold problem, haha But its now not just dumping fuel in there anymore so i like it like that for now.

It wasnt the wastegate that was causing the clearance problems it was the whole turbo and manifold. The manifold actually might come into a great position to where i wont have to run the civic radiator although i have absolutely no cooling issues at all right now so i dont mind running it. It stays very very cool.

lol yeah i have the program, again its not like it super far off that it wont even run, The partial throttle was the main issue, it was running 10.0:1 on the guage even though thats the lowest it goes, i know it was running richer than that. WOT wasnt too bad though, it was still quite rich but not excessive. Once i put the afpr on it ran much much smoother and the engine actually sounded really good and smooth while just cruising and normal driving however with the vac line on under wot it would still sputter out a bit and show 10.0:1 on the wideband, I will be getting a calum realtime soon to really do some fine tuning but as far as the wot goes it ran great without the vac line attached running 10.8:1 across the board which is still rich but at least it wouldnt sputter out, And the vids taken that was my a/f, so yeah there is still alot of improvement to be made but it works for now.

If my manifold is repaired well enough ill be going to the dyno here on friday to get some baseline and reletavely untuned numbers and be doing some fine tuning with the fuel pressure to see if i can keep the a/f good on low and higher boost levels. Its either take away fuel or add boost and id rather not add boost for now. I think what was happening when i was running 28lbs on the other motor was the boost was compenating for the richness and bringing the a/f where it needed to be but on low its just putting way too much with the vac line attached which would be upping fuel pressure under boost. So we will have to see what happens on the dyno. Ill be dynoing with 110 octane in the tank as well, no chances when i up the boost some. It shoudnt hurt low boost numbers very much either.

you just need to slow down on your builds and use proper parts. the car does move out but i wouldnt drive it until you get a real tune.

Why do you really need two maps for low boost and high boost? If tuned right, it shouldn't matter if you're running 11psi or 31psi. If you have no leaks and everything is running as it's supposed to, the tune should not differ.

^^^^Please explain to me how its that accomplished.... Lest say you make 400whp at 15psi and close to 600whp at 30psi with the same tune and what happen if your injectors, Maf and fuel pump are close to max out at 30 psi???
I dont think the tune will remain the same...

It should run decent Tekkie but, not to the full potential of a solid tune. My DE on boost ran well on low boost but, on high boost it ran a lot better due to the fine tune being on high boost. You can not fine tune the same set up twice. You dig?
