well as most have said and i believe it was jp that said those manifolds tend to crack right where the wg flange is welded on and sure enough it happened when i was giving a buddy a ride today, I put on the nismo afpr and did some fine tuning of the fuel pressure and got the partial throttle richness solved and it did lean the full throttle out a bit, I still have to run the vac line off the fpr to keep it at least somewhat good, if i run the line on the fpr it goes dead rich and sputters out. Runs much better with the line off.

Neways now that im just another ebay manifold statistic im gonna have a buggy shop here have a nice equal length thick wall tubing and ceramic coated manifold made. they do some awesome work on manifolds for suby motors, ecotech motors, and v8's. They have some awesome coating as well and the welds are rediculously nice and the bends are soo smooth.

All in all the manifold tubing should be bigger than the one i have which should dramaticly help flow not to mention the runner lengths are longer and much more smooth. The material used is top notch and best part of all is that its only gonna cost me about 300-350 done and ceramic coated. The manifolds have 2 stout braces on them as well. one from the wg flange to the head flange and one from the turbo flange to the head flange. Very very nice, Ill take some pics of a manifold on an ecotech motor later.

You are running the car with the FPR vaccum line off?

yes, i had to, the calum basic tune was very very rich, matter fact i just changed the oil again last night because after 5 days of driving it i had probably a 1/2 to full quart of gasoline in my oil cuz it was running soooo rich partial throttle and full throttle. I removed the line to the fpr and it ran better wot but worse partial throttle but go figure. It would richen partial throttle and lean wot compared to if the fpr was adding fuel pressure for each psi of boost. So yeah i went with a nismo adjustable and turned the fuel pressure down to 35psi, with the line on my partial throttle was absolutly perfect now no more dead rich but it would still be too rich under wot with the boost pressure adding fuel pressure. So i ran it again with it off and 35 psi fuel pressure and my wot a/f was 11.2-5:1 across the powerband, Felt pretty good at only 9psi being my manifold was obviously cracking by the time i did it, haha

So yeah im gonna have that other manifold made and in the mean time im gonna have a buddy thats a great welder repair this one and add some nice braces onto the manifold which was my original intention but never got to it. Guess thats what i get, haha

make the manifold so the the wg doesnt go into the rad support so you can run a proper rad. and hoses.

Dude.. Your way to fix your tuning problems its very very very bad....
Get a real tuner or someone that can modify your bin to work on your bin. and stop cutting corners...
That why you blow so many motors.....

Bro are you serious? You need to get that car tuned right before you blow it up again. Hell if you found that much fuel in the oil then man it was running super rich and your solution to it was to disconnect that FPR vaccum line? I would not drive that car again until you figure that **** out.

Simply amazing!!

Nice build man, yeah your running uber rich..something def. don't sound right. Are you running bigger inj. w/o the right map?
