Thread: Lots of Turbo action Updated with Pics!!!

So here is some stuff going on at my house lately.

Just got done getting my first sr20det swap into a s13 240sx. Test started it up without the piping done after i finished up the soldering of the harness. Fired up like a champ. Now just waiting on piping and radiator kit to finish it up. All i have left of the wiring is for the cluster which is an easy 6 wires. Ill post some pics tommorrow of the clean swap. Hell for my first one it was a very very easy and clean swap. My buddy that im doing it for got lucky with the complete sr20 he got with engine, trans, ecu, uncut harness, ecu, maf, and igniter and all accesories on the engine. The biggest of them all was when we pulled the trans to find out there as a nice Cusco Super Single clutch on it ($1200 clutch). So we cleaned it all up and threw it in to replace the worn down single cam KA. Again ill post pics tommorrow.

Next one up is we are boosting my buddies Mazda Miata using an s13 t25 and a ss manifold from ebay. Also using GoFastDepot oil line kit as well with 315cc 7Mgte injectors. Ill be tuning it on an SAFC. Pretty simple and straight foward. Ill post pics of the progress later. Hes waiting on his ACT clutch kit to get here and some gaskets.

Next up is soon we will be doing the SR20DET swap into my buddies AE86. We already have the complete motor swap here but he is gonna use a bigger turbo than the t25 and he needs to get the engine/trans mount kit, driveshaft, and plug and play harness. This one will be pretty straight foward as well. Ill post pics of the motor we got as well.

We just got done doing a jdm motor and turbo kit on a buddies 91 sentra se-r. T25 kit at 10psi. So far so good. Just waiting on his ecu. We test ran it with my buddies ecu from his turbo nx.

And finally my block and head should be back from the machine shop as well on tuesday so when i get that the build will begin as i have everything but the S4 cams and RR hydraulic lifters. So definetly expect a new thread and pics of that build. I still need to find a b15 or p11 trans to mate it to.

So needless to say we have some crazy cars coming up here soon. So keep an eye out.

and im finally getting a new turbo....soon hopefully lol.

yeah i do need a turbo. im tired of all the smoke.

You REALLY need a garage. Especially with the dust storm season here. I could only imagine how filthy everything is on those cars, judging by the sand they're parked on

yeah they definetly tend to get dirty especially when it gets windy, but we keep everything pretty sealed off and i do occasionally water down the dirt to keep things down. I will have my own shop in a couple months so that should take care of things, haha. Anyways more pics to come.
