79E00 - 89-90 FWD MT Bluebird SSS. According to the source I got the information from, they state that the injectors are 259cc injectors, which I find hard to believe. I have never seen a DET with less than 370cc injectors.

53J MAF is SR20DE MAF.

Bottom line: You're using the wrong injectors for the ECU. Unless you have an AFPR and SAFC to fix the injector issue, you will eventually blow up that motor from running too lean.

Sounds like you've got an NA Bluebird ECU

Problem with that is that the source lists the engine as an SR20DET, not an SR20DE. I'm not sure what the difference between SSS chassis is, so it may be quite possible that the FF (FWD MT) is only equipped with an N/A motor?

If that's the case, then you're spot on. He's running an N/A ECU, which is not good by any stretch of the imagination. Will it work? Of course! Will it work PROPERLY? Heaven's no.

I'd say so. Of all the turbo U12 & U13 bluebird's I've seen here, they've all been AWD. SSS is just a trim level & is not indicative of the engine spec - I made the mistake of buying a SSS-X U12 with a CA18i - one injector & 8 spark plugs of fury!

Likewise I've only seen 259cc injectors on non-turbo SR's.
