Best TB for 400whp

I'm looking to upgrade from my stock tb to a larger one, but I would like to know what the best one for my power goals is, and preferably on the cheap. Thanks guys!

Stock TB should be fine... I don't see many people upgrading TB's just for 400hp.

Get a bigger turbo first. A gtir turbo is not going to get you anywhere near 400whp.

The tb option depends on what you specify when you order an o2 manifold. I had a highport one a while back that used a stock o2 induction bored tb. Which is just a factory one cleaned up and ported nicely.
