Also it is my experience that if you try to keep things as cheap as possible and under a certian budget... it's not going to happen. Expect an extra grand (seriously) than what you think you need.

I would keep it as simple as possible.....

You first need to define what turbo you are using because 7 PSI on a small T25 will make less power than 7PSI on a GT28RS.

Keep the stock fuel rail and find a set of cheap 370cc injectors (300zx, SR20DET bolt right in to the stock rail) and use the SAFC to tune them. The stock MAF should be OK if not then I believe people have used the SAFC for other MAF's like the S14 (GA specific).

The 255LPH fuel pump is not necessary, the stock pump will handle over 200WHP. If you get it free then rock on, but make sure it is a stock pressure pump, if not it may require an AFPR. This adds to the cost as you have to buy a gauge and the AFPR....

Spark plugs depends on your use for the car and the weather where you live. Drag racing, road racing or very hot run 7 series NGK oem plugs, if not run 6 series, do not use 5's. Gapped down to .025 on a stock ignition and stock plug wires. No need to change anything here.

Stage II clutch, what brand?

Good luck with the project, a turbo GA is a very fun car if done properly. You will not break any land speed records or win any HP contests, but you can make good reliable power and have fun on the cheap. Plus if you blow it up the motors are really cheap and easy to find! You will have a lot of people tell you to swap or that it's not worth it but do what you want but DO NOT skimp. An setup that is not well thought out or is thrown together half ass will only serve to piss you off and frustrate you to no end!

ok so 240sx mas and 300zx injectors and safc tuned for 7 psi or maybe even 10psi is a ok go.

time to look for some injector and mas

There is probably a post that says I don't like PM's on subjects that are well documented and easily found, some of your post has a few things like that in it, but your on the right track and are doing your research. The best advice I or anyone can give is to understand what is involved in a proper turbo setup and then choose components that are within your budget...

thanks wes

i just found a set of 370cc on the for sale . maybe friday i will buy them. also i will be looking for a better maf just to be on the safer side.

as for the turbo its a t3/t4 ebay turbo kit. the same kit make 250 hp on a civic D16 that we did about two months ago pulled pretty good.

but i dont want anything crazy i just want a lil better acceleration here and there and better of the ramp speeds. 7psi maybe 10 max if things work out ok on the dyno.

also would you recomend doing a double HG or just a newer stock HG should be ok to lower the compression on these motors or are they low enough from factory. i will also be installing ARP head studs

This is what I was talking about when I mentioned you should specify a turbo. You realize the turbo manifold you want to buy will not work with the turbo you want to buy? Before you buy injectors I really suggest you do some more research on turbo setups in general, not GA16 specific, but turbo setups such as the difference between turbo's, their flange patterns, etc.... Otherwise you will spend your $1500 on parts that will not work together....

ARP does not make GA16 head studs AFAIK and they are not needed, use a stock gasket. I would personaly not change the HG unless there is a problem with the existing on.

I recommend you search on Nissanforums.com to see if most of the GA16 information is still there. I had recently found a few posts of some old info. that I know would be useful to you.
