I don't know what size you need off the top of my heat but tell us what size oil feed and oil drain do you have.

Do you know what size this brake line is, and are you using the stock oil drain method?

So it's AN-3 line... That should be fine. I'm running the same setup I think on my car and I'm just fine. Garrett (and other) turbos have built in restrictors. The ball bearing turbos having smaller restrictors than the journal bearing turbos. Still, sometimes you need a restrictor, which you very well might. I'm not sure what size to use. I think if you search some you might find out.

It's a possibility the turbo oil seals have failed.

restrictor for this turbo its 0.60 or 1.5mm with the -3 line you got .. but like Ben said it the turbo seals might be in bad shape.

It's .06 for journal and .03 for ball bearing. I think your decimal is in the wrong spot. Also make sure you return line is not kinked.
