50lb@4bar whp output??
Anyone know? Ive read that at 3bar they make around 360 but what about 4bar??

Note - As stated in the tech info library, MSD injectors don't like 4bar...

I checked the tech info but couldnt find anything on the 4bar. I have never had a problem with 4bar so im not sure who says they dont run right? Im not questioning your info but where did you find out that 50lb@4bar makes 408whp? Thanks for the info

i dont know about you but our det luvs the 50lb at 4 bar jwt ecu. Idles perfect. runs great.

Simple math. That's why the tilde.

Averages between 3bar and 4bar are about 1.15 across the board, comparing other known HP ratings for 3 and 4bar outputs...

at 1.14, you get 404whp. at 1.16 you get 412whp.

All I did was divide a known 4bar whp rating from a known 3bar whp rating for the same injector.

Simply passing along information I have received/soaked in my head. If MSD injectors run fine at 4bar, that's great...

My jdm de loves the 4bar as well, never had a problem. I believe it is a myth or something.

Tekkie- Thanks for doing the math. I knew the answer could be found that way i just didnt know how to do it

No worries. Hell I could be way off, but the math just makes perfect sense. If someone else has a more accurate way of doing it, they should chime in!
