I wasn't actually there when it was dyno tuned. I think the tuner did log boost, though. He mentioned that my boost gauge was off, and that I was seeing around 11.2psi of boost. My boost gauge read around 14~15psi.

ok.. I was looking at your dyno and "it seems" that you had a little rise on the boost it the higher rpm..

Nah, he mentioned that the boost was rock solid once it hit. No spike/creep in the slightest. I honestly think it has something to do with the cams.

For someone that knows so much, surely you realize that it's only at 11psi so that the efficiency range of the turbo isn't even there yet...

This is true! that turbo is just starting to get happy right when the revs cut the fun. VE is likely still climbing even at 7800rpm on this boost.

It just needs more boost... or more revs. 9000rpm should make over 475whp. On only 11.2 psi.
