Thread: DE with GTI-R rods/pistons?

I've searched for about 2 days, on BOTH forums, and cant seem to get anywhere. So, I'm throwing this question out to the masses.

Has anyone ever built a DE-T with GTI-R pistons/rods?

I'm building a lowport DE-T w/ GTI-R injectors, and I see that someone has matching rods/pistons FS...so now im thinking about picking them up, if I can find out for sure that they can be transplanted into a DE with no issues. Anyone have any info about it? Or can point me on where to look?
