First of get some S4 cams in there and bring the boost down. to acomplish you WHP goals. High boost generated alot of heat in these small turbos so make the motor as efficent as posible.

Second, 480cc S15 injs can be had for $200-$250 on ebay.

Third if you got GTIR injs for $100 and a Fuel rail for $75 you would be in the same ball park on price. You also have to get resisters for the GTIR injs. Which means cutting the harness to install them. You will also have to cut the harness to install new injs clips for the GTIR injs which you would not have to do for the S15 480cc injs which drop right in.

Anyway these GTIR injs at 4 bar will be good for 340 WHP or so.

EDIT...nevermind, thought you were using a t25

Yeah I thought about the S15 injectors, but I doubt calum has a bin for a chip for it. So I might be picking up some STI injectors with harness clips. I believe I just have to change the clip itself, which should be easy as poping out the wires and putting them in the new clip.

And I'm talking to Robchaos to see if he can get me a wastegate that will work with the turbo.

I really wish I had the cash right now for some S4's to Mikos, those would really wake this car up haha. Still need a 3" Catback also though.

3in exhaust should free up 20 whp at that boost level alone.

I wouldn't be comfortable at all making 290 WHP in 370cc injectors at 4 bar. Apparently it can be done, but you're at or around 100% duty cycle.

Also, good idea on the wideband, you need it.

Calum's ECU won't work with the S15 injectors, or there isn't a base tune out for it? Two very different things.

Subaru injectors are a good idea (I did it too) but does Calum's ECU work with those? Is there a base tune for them?

Like Andreas pointed out, don't forget the GTi-R clips are different, the injectors are top feed, and they are low impedance.

I'm glad to see all these (G)T28 numbers being tossed around. Gives me a good idea of what I should look to make.

Why wouldn't calum ecu work with them? They work with every injector that I know of just need resistors for low impedance injectors. And make sure you have right clip, but that isn't hard at all.

What do you guys think I should go with injector wise? Nismos? Gti-rs? 50lb msd? I saw a i think gti-r or 50lbs setup with rail for $175 but I don't think it came with harness to use.

I was boosting about 19psi dropping to 17psi at redline. I will see if I can find the graph. But the car was driven daily this way for about 10K miles while I had it. I sold it to a friend who put tons of miles on it. Not a single problem. It was really basic too. Walbro 255, stock 370cc @ 4 bar, nismo FPR, and bored MAF.

When it got the turbo, injector, maf, flywheel, and exhaust upgrades it was a completely different car! With the disco potato it had completely instantaneous throttle and boost response after 4K. It was very impressive.

Admittedly, i know nothing about Calum's ECU limitations (if any) when it comes to injectors. It was mentioned that S15 injectors wouldn't work with a Calum ECU. I was curious about why, and if it won't, then it might not with the STI injectors either. I can only assume Calum hasn't designed a calibration to work with the S15 sized injectors? I'm really shooting blind here.

S15 injs will work just fine with a Calum ECU. They are no diffrent than any other SR20 based inj.

Well none the less if the calum tune isn't perfect then I have a safc to back it up. I don't have a realtime, didn't have the money at the time. But I'm sure the SAFC would do fine.
