Thread: Fittings...

Okay guys, need some fitting sizes...

I've been searching here and on the other site, and haven't found any threads on this particular request.

I'm trying to get a fitting for the STOCK/OEM oil return. I'm not 100% sure if the one that's on the car is even stock or not, as it's brass, and a barb fitting.

What I need to know is whether it's NPT, or BSPT, or whatever. I need to get a 90* fitting for the block.

I'm also going to replace the fitting for the oil feed line, as the banjo leaks no matter what. I'm pretty sure I know what that banjo bolt size is, though.

Oil feed from block -> Metric 12x1.25mm
Water return to block -> Metric 14x1.5mm
Oil return to block -> 1/2 NPT

Nice thanks! Wasn't sure if the 1/2" NPT was actually the OEM fitting or not, as no one specifically said that it was (Just that you should tap the DE to that size).

So from what I've gathered, Summit has some of the parts, while ATP has the others. I friggin HATE buying from two different places. I need to order this crap tomorrow and have overnight shipping done.

So far what I have is:
Summit 1/2" NPT to -10AN 90* Male/Male adapter. - Oil Return fitting
Summit 12x1.25mm to -4AN 45* Male/Male adapter - Oil feed fitting (Can't find -6AN to match current line, or in swivel, either )
ATP -10AN Oil return flange adapter
ATP -10AN 90* stainless 8" to straight -10AN oil return line
