Here's the O2 manifold. They chop it off at the injectors and 'reconstruct' the rest of the CTS housing:

Port design and shape is more critical than size. The high port head was based off of the GTiR head which does flow the same or more than a low port head. \

The actual cross sectional area INSIDE the ports in the head is the same or smaller than a Low port.

I have seen some sr20ve heads that flow LESS than a Low port DE head.... FYI
