i got u now miko .... t28 it is .... i do appriciate u pointing this out to me like this ... pictures make alot more sense then i was thinking .... i though it had a t25/28 flange on the wrx turbo .... pulsar turbo it is

I also agree that 16ve cams and that small turbo will probably not work. I've had my issues with reversion before with a GT30 turbo on a log manifold on 20ve cams. 16ve cams would be so much worse!
Having a nice tubular manifold will help tons, but small turbos will need to run low boost to be effective. Raising boost pressure above 10psi will probably not show very large gains, if any.
