Yes. As soon as the welding is all finished I am going to cut expansion slots in the flange.

I am going to clean up the collector a bit also. The V38 wastegates I am going to use are going to have 10psi springs.

I am going to try to get some money for that air/water setup real quick. Should remove over 6ft of intercooler piping.

Manifold runner lengths are: 23 21 16 18. There are 4" of collector length. The shorter runners have tighter bends in them and the 1st runner has a long straight so I am thinking this will work out just great. I guess we will see if runner length is more important than bends soon I guess. Hoping for 320whp on .7bar. Jarom thinks I will hit over 350whp! That is about what I made before on 15psi!

Enjoy the pics.

Done awesome work man. Don't suppose I can convince you to make another manifold?

This manifold was bastardized. I made the collector how I wanted it, and the guy who was going to weld everything was too busy. So I took it to the shop down the street and they built it out of what was started. And yes, they will do another manifold if you want one lol.

Final mockups. got the MSD box workin great! No more fuel cut, so no more chance of lean detonation when bouncing the rev limiter.

The final mockups:

Sure there are ugly blue silicon hoses now, but at least I won't have to worry about changing them out. I was goin to go braided stainless, but my old SS lines kept cracking and leaking around the bends. I guess they were too sharp. I will think of another setup later on, but these hoses are very very easily disconnected, and changed. They won't ever be in the way of anything when routed right.

I started her up day before yesterday. Sounds disgusting. I can hear the turbo whining at idle lol.

Today I am going to finish the downpipe, and make some dump tubes for the wastegates. Then I will take her out, make sure there is good oil pressure, no leaks, good coolant temp etc. Then I am going to beat her up a bit and maybe get some dyno time soon.

Is that line going to be ok going right over the exhaust housing like that?

Great DIY manifold. Glad to see the dual wastegates. Good choice on the V-band wastegates (I know you said they weren't in the budget). Also glad to hear you went with 0.7 bar wastegate springs. The lower the better I always say.

Not too excited to see a sintered iron disc. Can't imagine why you'd need that kind of clutch. I mean, I'm truly amazed you went with that thing. Even a 3-puck would have been a better choice.

About the MSD box and the fuel cut... You don't have to worry about lean detonation with fuel cut. Calum set me straight on that one here: http://www.sr20-forum.com/tuning/1430-stock-rev-limit-what.html#post20521
