Dude why you complicate your builds so much you should try to keep them as simple and reliable as possible....
In my opinion and experience from changing from a log manifold to a tubular non EQL manifold I gain from 50-60 whp at same boost level and about 6 mph in trap speed at the 1/4 mile at same boost level just from changing manifolds. So just from changing your manifold and you turbine housing to a .82A/R you should achieve your goal easily i noticed that the engine with the log manifold didnt respond very well after 400whp which I think its the reliable limit of the log manifold...
And trow some Alky injection just to prevent detonation and you should be set my car now its trapping 125mph on street tires with boost climbing from 17 to 18 psi... and I am making over 410whp at that boost level on a 8.5:1 DE-T with cams and a big turbo jejeje... Also we here got great results using stock SR20VE cams at 0,0 activating them at 5,000 rpms
Again that just my .02 cents jejejejejeje....
