Dead center at 15. I have a UR pulley and based the timing marks on this. http://www.unorthodoxracing.com/guides/04100070_.pdf

Found a cracked distributor cap yesterday also and car felt better after replacing it. First pulled real hard to 7000 rpm but still has that hesitation at second gear and up. I think there's not enough enough spark under boost.I'm going to replace the distributor, cap, rotor, wires, and put fresh plugs and hopefully it cures the hesitation.

I'll post up some pics as soon as my friend sends it to me. Any input would be appreciated.

Changed the distributor today. Still no change. I'll go back to square one and check for boost leaks again.

Yea, me and Ben checked the cam timing, and it's right on with the FSM and JWT's picture on their website, which i've always gone by and never had a problem with a cam install.

I think it's a boost leak! Your piping sucks Ben, replace it with some decent piping with bead rolls and t-bolt clamps!

Go to CT and get a sweet piping kit made up. It'll be a little bit of money, but it's worth it, trust me. I've always spent a lot of money on the piping, couplers and t-bolt clamps. I think it's the most important part of your turbo system as far as getting the most out of your setup.

I changed the filter last September when I did my motor swap. I'll replace it again since it's cheap enough to replace.

You're right Dave. The piping will definitely be replaced next.
