yep m10x1.5 I like the ones atp turbo sells because of the copper lock nuts.

I would suggest going with some copper lock nuts from atpturbo.com while you are at it. Use these on my setup as well as on the manifold to turbo connection. Everything is rock solid and has not loosened up one bit.

Here you go:

Then I started to turn in the first stud (the hole I got medieval on). It didn’t really want to go, but I thought it just needed a little encouragement. I forced it a couple of turns before it started to feel really wrong. I backed it out and saw it was starting to chew up the threads. It took me forever to figure out what was going on… the original stud was two totally different threads! The “anchor” end was M10x1.5 and the “nut” end was M10x1.25. WTF?!

I picked up a tap from NAPA to clean up the threads, and I tried to find a stud like it. I checked with just about every parts store in town and even looked online, but couldn’t locate one. I ended up just buying some M10x1.5 studs and some new nuts to match.

Thanks alot guys. I just needed the thread and pitch so I could get new bolts that arent rusty. But that info should hopefully help others also.

I think we should stop posting links to the SR20forum and just start posting up info here so that well have it all here. No point in having it on two forums. Especially when one doesnt load at all or takes 3 hours to load one page!

Just to let everyone know, the stock size on this side of the thread is 10x1.25, same on the exhaust manifold.
